About Diane

You innately know your health is about more than just “food”. However, we need to look at what kind of “water” we are drinking and what kind of “food” we are feeding our bodies. Unfortunately, today our waters are polluted! What does water do for us? It carries information through our bodies, therefore we need clean water. Our food chain lacks nutrition and food is “information” for our bodies to regenerate our organs and systems but not just any food will create dynamic health.

Where do we begin?

We begin with education and empowering individuals to take responsibility for their own health, environment and relationships through a holistic, science-based approach.

ABOUT Diane… Diane considers her-self a non-traditional nutritionist because she believes you must address the roots of the physical body, the roots of the mind and the roots of the higher Self or Spirit.  We now know that all three of these pillars need the proper nutrition, counselling and lifestyle changes to create a return to wholeness.

There are many roots to the blockages that get created in the physical body and we really must step away from looking for that “one thing” to resolve our issues, we are more complex than we understand yet we have an innate intelligence guiding our processes daily.  That takes you out of the victim state and puts you in a position of finding solutions withIN.

This passion for understanding the many elements of nutrition began with her son, who had a constant allergy problem and was put on, 3 prescription drugs, at the age of four. After much researching, and educating on many wonderful diets and constantly being successful in applying what she learned to her family’s health, driven to an endless desire for more learning and experimentation.

At the age of 43, she was diagnosed, with Lupus, bringing a new sense of urgency to her quest for knowledge. Within 6 months of that diagnosis, she became pregnant with her fifth child. After learning how to trust in the body, applying principles of nutrition and changing her lifestyle she was healed from Lupus and birthed a healthy boy, she knew there was more to learn about the self healing potential of these magnificent bodies.

Diane received her national certification of Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association in Washington. Continuing her studies under Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, she received her selective certification as a GAPS (gut and psychology) Practitioner. She has studied the science of applying the Avazzia Technology of Electrophysiology and is currently working on her Board Certification in Biofeedback. Diane is a founding member of the BonRich Academy of Applied Electrophysiology.   Additionally she received her board certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner with the Academy of Drugless Practitioners where she furthered her education in energy medicine. This understanding of energy medicine has lead her to become a Certified Bionetic Naturopathic Counselor.  Presently she is enrolled with Energetic Wellness School of Naturopathy finishing her Doctor of Naturopathy. Lastly, the interest of German New Medicine has lead her to actively continue her studies and consult with clients around the globe.  Learn more

Entering private practice in 2012, her passion is to provide an open, non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their “higher Self” in the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects. Encouraging a paradigm shift from diagnosis and treatment to disease prevention via helping her clients connect with their bodies and understand that their symptoms are really just a block in the flow system! She believes that dis-ease in the body is only a “cry for help” and an illness does not mean the body is broken.

Diane believes that if we trust in this innate biological process of the body wanting to return to a state of health and well being, by shifting the approach to your life where mind, body and spirit are all nurtured and strengthened. Here at’ Roots to Nutrition’, Diane is ready to be your guide in exploring foods and lifestyle choices that will support your individual goals of achieving sustainable wellness.
